Shipping and Delivery Policy

All shipments from the Red Fox Winner online store are processed and delivered exclusively on working days. We extend our services globally, ensuring that our products reach customers worldwide. However, we can only ensure the safe delivery of orders if the shipping address provided by the user is accurate. Delivery is considered complete upon the signature of the delivery receipt at the designated address.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined for each order and vary depending on the delivery country. During the purchase process, the estimated shipping cost is displayed for your consideration and agreement. Shipping rates will be visible at the checkout stage.

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon entry into the destination country, of which we may not be aware. Customers are advised to consult local authorities regarding these fees, as they vary from country to country. Additionally, during sales seasons, we offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $900

Upon delivery, it is imperative to inspect the package for any possible damages. If products are deemed damaged, the delivery should not be accepted, and the items will be returned. We will initiate a refund for the order and transportation costs upon receipt of the return and completion of the return process.

Delivery Times:

Once an order is registered, payment confirmed, and all items are available, Red Fox Winner commits to dispatching the order within the following delivery times. Delivery times may vary by country, with estimates of 7 to 12 days for the European Union and 7 to 18 days worldwide.

Red Fox Winner shall not be held responsible for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with delivery obligations caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Product Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:

Each product is uniquely identified with a serial tag. To facilitate returns, please refrain from removing the serial tag or seal.

Should you decide to return purchased products, please note that Redfoxwinner reserves the right to decline returns if the serial tag or seal is missing, or if the product exhibits signs of use, alteration, or damage. Customers have 30 days after receiving the order to return or exchange items if defects or irregularities are detected. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or unused with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return or exchange costs, except in cases of quality issues.

Upon receiving returned products, we will process them within approximately one week. If the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. For online purchases, contact us on WhatsApp or email to request cancellation. If the cancellation request is accepted, you will be notified via email, and the cancellation will be processed at no cost.

Please note that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the order has been dispatched. Exclusive custom-made online products cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced, except in cases of faults or irregularities.
